We ship through registered courier companies for orders. Our standard timeline is 4-5 days. Please note that this does not include public holidays and Sundays.

How to initiate return?

Initiating a return is effortless with our streamlined process. Visit our Return & Exchange portal to begin the return process hassle-free.
For all orders ( pre paid & cod ) , In the event of a return, you will have 2 options, either a refund for the entire amount less 99 rupees of delivery charges, will be issued in the form of a personalized discount coupon or you can opt for store credit which can be used in your next purchase. If you opt for discount coupon then it will be sent directly to you through email for use in your next purchase. Upon redemption, the return amount will be deducted from your next total purchase. It will be provided within 3-5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.

How can I exchange the size or return my order?
There is an Exchange and Return Centeroption in the Menu tab, you may place your request there with the details and the concerned department will do the rest. You can check the status of your request at the same page.
