Return and Exchange

We offer a 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. After 7 days of delivery of product , no return or exchange can be initiated from the customer's side.

We do not provide any cash refunds. In case of a return , we offer a CREDIT COUPON for the same amount less ₹200 for reverse pickup that can be used in your next purchase. 

We do reverse pick-up services as well. Our team will initiate a pick up for return of the product through a registered courier company.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment then the customer will have to send the shipment back to the company address on their expense.

For all orders ( PRE PAID & COD ) , In the event of a return a personalised CREDIT COUPON  will be issued to the customer by ZANY ZEST which will have the amount paid by the customer while making the purchase with ₹200 deducted for reverse shipment charges. This CREDIT COUPON  will be sent to the customer on their registered e-mail address with ZANY ZEST. The CREDIT COUPON can be redeemed only by making a next purchase on the website at the time of Check-out. Please note that NO cash refund in any form will be initiated in the event of a return. Upon redemption of the CREDIT COUPON , the return amount will be deducted from your next total purchase.

The CREDIT COUPON will be provided on your registered e-mail address within 3-5 business days after the pick up of the product has been made. 

When initiating a return, please note that ₹200 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the reverse pickup delivery charge. You can only return the item once, multiple returns are not allowed. The CREDIT COUPON can be used only once.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a CREDIT COUPON would not be provided.
