Return and Exchange Policy
We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, then you will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

For all orders ( pre paid & cod ) , In the event of a return, you will have 2 options, either a refund for the entire amount less 99 rupees of delivery charges, will be issued in the form of a personalized discount coupon or you can opt for store credit which can be used in your next purchase. If you opt for discount coupon then it will be sent directly to you through email for use in your next purchase. Upon redemption, the return amount will be deducted from your next total purchase. It will be provided within 3-5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.
When initiating a return, please note that ₹99 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the reverse pickup delivery charge.
Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.

Shipping
We offer free shipping on all products!
Once the order is placed the delivery details will be shared via email/phone. Tracking details are shared by our logistics team via email that is zanyzestclothing@gmail.com once the order has been dispatched.
Standard Shipping takes up to 4-5 working days.
If there is an expected delay in product shipment, company will inform the customer with updated shipping timeline and details.
If incase the shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect due to which we are unable to deliver, in that case the order will be considered completed and no refund will be made. The company will make one more attempt at delivery after confirming the address from the customer, the customer will have to pay the shipping charges for the same.
